Alcohol and drug testing is done at the clinic for employment requirements, paperwork and medical monitoring, with care in Spanish and walk-in.

What is it requested for?

• Hiring requirements at companies
• Medical follow-up during treatment
• Personal or legal paperwork that requires a result
• Testing at the patient's own request

What to ask before coming

Ask whoever is requesting the test exactly which type you need. Not every test serves every purpose: some processes require a specific format, a designated laboratory or a chain-of-custody procedure. Bringing that information in writing avoids repeating the test and paying twice.

If the test is part of a regulated program, such as transportation programs, confirm with your employer beforehand which procedure applies in your case.

What to bring

• Photo ID
• The form or letter from whoever requested the test, if there is one
• Your medication list, prescriptions included: several can influence the result

About the result

A preliminary positive usually requires laboratory confirmation before being considered final. You are given the report so you can present it where it is required.

If consumption is the concern

If what worries you is your own use or a family member's, the visit is for that too: the situation is reviewed, health effects are assessed and you get guidance on where to find specialized treatment.

Walk-in and no insurance

Monday through Sunday, 9 AM to 9 PM. If you also need the commercial license physical, that is done under DOT exam.
